2)高原反应：抵达拉萨当天不要做剧烈运动，当晚不要洗澡，以防感冒。不要饮酒。多饮水及吃水果，勿饱食。多休息，可自备西洋参含片或红景天、高原安等保健药品，以缓解高原反应。听从旅行社工作人员及导游安排，尽量不要外出活动，保持平常心态和充分的休息是预防高原反应的最佳方法。身体不适时，及时到医院接受治疗。

【Travel Tips】

1. Shuttle: Since Xizang's shuttle trains/planes are arranged by the local professional pickup center, the staff will contact you in advance. Please ensure that your mobile phone is unobstructed. Foreigners and Taiwanese compatriots need a tour guide to pick them up at the station. For Chinese nationals, the pick-up driver will directly check in at the hotel.The travel agency will inform you in advance of the hotel room pick-up method, and you can directly check in and rest at the hotel. Ifyou have not received any notification, please。contact the travel agency staff in a timely manner (see the departure notice for details) and provide assistance to you in a timely manner. The tour guide will notify the next day's gathering time by phone ortext message before 2 o'clock.

2. High altitude sickness: Do not engage in vigorous exercise on the day of arrival in Lhasa, and do not take a shower that night to prevent catching a cold.Do not drink alcohol.Drink plenty of water and eat fruits, do not eat too much.Take more rest and bring your own ginseng lozenges or health supplements such as Rhodiola and Gaoyuan An to alleviate altitude sickness.Following the arrangements of travel agency staff and tour guides,avoiding outdoor activities as much as possible, maintaining a normal mindset and sufficient rest are the best methods to prevent altitude sickness.If you are feeling unwell, go to the hospital for treatment in a timely manner.

【Jokhang Temple】,The Jokhang Temple is the final destination for pilgrims. A statue of the 12-year-old Sakyamuni, who lived in India inthe fifth century BC, and who was the creator of Buddhism, is collected in the monastery. This is the reason why Buddhists consider Lhasa a Sacred Land.

大昭寺门票需进行实名预约，每日的7:00-23:59 期间于微信小程序“大昭寺预约”上开放次日参观门票，预约人数满为止。故需提前1天进行门票预约。因大昭寺业未开放团队预约通道,故需每位游客自行预约。预约时间和方法会由工作人员或导游提前告知游客,若因游客本身未能成功预约上大昭寺门票而导致无法参观，旅行社对此无需承担任何责任和后果。

【Ticketing tips for the Jokhang Temple】

·The Jokhang Temple needs real-name online ticketing. From 7:00am to 23:59pm every day, the tickets for the nextday will be

open on the WeChat applet "Jokhang Temple Reservation" until the number of reservations is full.Therefore, tickets must be

reservedone day in advance.

·The Jokhang Temple does not open group reservation and you should make reservation by yourself. Travel consultant or tour guide will instruct you how to make reservation. If you fail to reserve at your own reasons, we donot bear any responsibility and

consequences.

·The Jokhang Temple is a religious temple rather than a tourist attraction. Please note if encountering important religious activities or important activities, you can not visit the Jokhang Temple.

【色拉寺】作为藏传佛教格鲁派6 大主寺之一，也同时与哲蚌寺、甘丹寺合称为拉萨三大寺。寺内保存有上万个金刚佛像，其中最著名的塑像“马头明王”金刚像位于吉扎仓的护法神殿内，当地人会把头伸进一个小神龛内，用头触碰雕像的底座。除去寺庙的庄严之外，色拉寺还有一大特色，即为在寺喇嘛的辩经活动。辩经场正中央有喇嘛们正在辩论知识，有的用有力的击掌声催促着对方的回答，有的拉动佛珠借助佛珠的力量来战胜对方。驻足在辩经场，便是置身在热闹的声音中，游客虽无法听懂他们的禅意，却能真实的感受到藏传佛教的信仰和力量。辩经时间一般从15:00开始。如遇寺庙临时举行法会等活动，或接待特定人士时，可能会取消辩经活动，敬请谅解！！

【Sera Monastery】is held in the courtyard almost every day between 3:00pm and 5:30pm.please note that in case ofsome special monastery activities such as the Dharma Meeting or the reception of ViPs, the monk debates may becanceled that day. After the reservationis Successful,the ticket cannot be re-booked within 7 days from the day of the visit,If you can not enter the Potala Palace due to the wrong documents provided by yourself,we do not bear any responsibility and consequences.Therefore, it is important totake the valid documents. If the name or ID number or document does not match the information Office and it can not designate the visiting time. Please note the actual visiting route sequences may be different from the provided one.

·In peak season, therehas restrictions in visiting the Potala Palace and each travel provided before,you will not be able to enter the Potala Palace. Please note the ticketfee has actually been incurred and cannot berefunded.

·The visiting time of the Potala Palace is randomly issued by the Potala Palace Management agency has only a limited number ofgroup bookings every day. In order to ensure the group tour visiting, we solve the problem through differentchannels. 出发后，沿途为雅鲁藏布江河谷，可鸟瞰雅江。101 省道的雅鲁藏布江是拉萨附近最宽阔的江面，沿雅江河縠进入307省道行驶到半山腰鸟瞰雅鲁藏布江，视野辽阔，恢弘壮美。冈巴拉山·最佳视角，看羊湖最美一面，最蓝的天，最蓝的湖,都在这里。在这里,你会明白“天上天使涙，人间羊湖蓝”为何意，但也有很多摄影师说:“无论拍多少次羊湖，都拍不出她的美……冈巴拉山上很多藏民可以提供嫠牛拍照，请

先讲好格，以免造成不必要麻烦。

【羊卓雍湖】是西藏三大圣湖之一的淡水湖,湖水如羊脂般清澈,湖水甘甜,可以饮用。湛蓝的湖水与远方的雪山连为体,加上两岸各色的山脉、极具特色的藏民族村落、遍地的牛羊,一路走来,心神怡。羊湖湖水面积638 平方公里湖面海拔4441 米，湖岸线长达250 千米。此湖也被认为是神女遗落在人间的松石耳串。站在海拔4950 米的岗巴拉山顶向南眺望，羊卓雍错像一块镶嵌在群峰之中的蓝宝石,碧蓝的湖水

平滑如镜，明蓝映天。

【卡若拉冰川】，逐渐消逝的冰川(游览约20 分钟)西藏三大大陆型冰川之一,冰川背靠西藏四大高峰之一的乃钦康桑雪山,巨大的冰川从山顶云雾飘缈处,一直延伸到离公路只有几百米的路边。虽然由于长年受公路上灰尘的影响,冰川整体呈黑白分层形态,但冰川上半部在阳光的照耀下犹如一副巨型唐卡挂在山壁上,熠熠生辉。由于先后有电影《红河谷》、《江孜之战》、《云水谣》曾在此拍摄外景而声名远扬。

夜宿日喀则一后藏中心日喀则，藏语意为“最好的庄园”，是“西藏的粮仓”之一。是历史上后藏的政治、宗教、文化中心，也是历代班禅的驻锡之地。已有50 多年历史，是目前西藏的第二大城市。

This morning we’ll take a drive up to the Kampala Pass (elevation 4797 meters) where you’ll have a glimpse of 【Yamdrok Lake】down below as well as spectacular views of the holy Mount Nyenchen Khangsar in the distance. Youwill want to have your camera at the readyfor the turquoise waters of Yamdrok Lake, which is one of the three holy lakes ofTibet, and the 

beautiful Mt. Nyenchen Khangsar glacier as seen from the Karol la Pass. Later on we’ll be

able to visit the【Karola Glacier】

【珠穆朗玛峰】

珠穆朗玛峰海拔848 米，为世界第一高峰，位于喜马拉雅山中段中尼边界上。峰顶终年积雪，远望冰川悬垂，银峰高耸，景色无比奇特壮观

【定日珠峰观景台】

珠穆朗玛峰观景台位于日喀则定日县珠峰路2 公里处，这是到珠峰大本营的必经之路。观景台海拔达520 米。从这里向南瞭望，可见珠峰等诸座高达80 米雪山

【绒布寺】

绒布寺海拔约510 米，地势高峻寒冷，景观绝妙。新的珠峰大本营地就在附近。有幸还可以看到如生命之火般飘荡的珠峰旗云。

·住宿为珠峰营地帐篷（8-15 人/帐篷，多人间床位，条件有限）：总体还算干净整洁，跟市内酒店差距较大，敬请理解，每年10 月-次年4 月因天气寒冷，帐篷会撤离珠峰营地，则改为住珠峰附近村庄的民宿

·此日食宿较差，海拔较高，气温较低，请注意防寒。注意安全，防止高原反应。夏季晚上0-8 度左右，请带好御寒衣物，也可在大本营租赁羽绒服保暖，租赁费用约10 元/件/晚（价格仅供参考，以当地实际费用为准）

【Warm Tips】：

·Tibetan Tent or guesthouse (8-15 pax/tent, multi-beds room),from Oct to April next year due to the withdraw of Tibetan Tent in Base Camp, travelers will stay in Basongcun/Tashizongcun guesthouse(multi-beds room)

·Today the accommodation is poor,the altitude is high, and the temperature is low. Please  payattention to keep warmand prevent altitude sickness. The temperature is about 0-8degrees in summer night, so please bring down jackets, or rent one in the Base Camp.

【观珠峰日出】

早上一定要全副武装，日出前山口的气温可达0 度以下，加上强风劲吹，请务必做好保暖装备。站在地球之巅迎着阳光仰望珠峰，峰顶终年积雪，远望冰川悬垂，银峰高耸，一派圣洁景象，摄珠峰日出时分的场景（拍摄效果视天气而定）

【嘉措拉山口】

嘉措拉山是前往世界第一峰—珠穆朗玛峰的必经之路，山口海拔52 米是中尼公路上的最高点，如果天气晴朗站在嘉措拉山口可以远眺珠穆朗玛峰，亦可观赏到卓奥友峰洛子峰和马卡鲁峰。

We willget an early star today to cross the【Gyatso La Pas】, also known as the Dingri Boundary, At an altiude of5248 meters. In the afternoon we will drive back to Shigaste.

If you are lucky enough,you can enjoy the sunrise at the Base Camp. It depends on the weatherconditions and other factors.

【扎什伦布寺】（游览约1 小时）

扎什伦布寺，也称“吉祥须弥寺”，日喀则地区大的寺庙，与拉萨的哲蚌寺，色拉寺和甘丹寺以及青海的塔尔寺和甘肃的拉卜楞寺并列为格鲁派的六大寺庙。由宗喀巴的弟子一世达赖根敦珠巴于147 年倡建。扎什伦布寺极盛时房间总数达30 余间，寺僧50 余人，下属寺庙50 余座，庄园牧场30 余处。从第四世班禅起，后世班禅均以此寺为驻锡地，现在的扎什伦布寺共有：扎仓4 个，经堂56 座，房务360余间，寺僧80 余名，总占地面积30 万平方米。

游玩亮点：

1.被誉为后藏自尊，是历代班禅的驻锡地，也是后藏地区大的寺庙，与拉萨三大寺并称为藏地四大寺。

2.强巴佛殿内供奉着铜塑佛像，共享黄铜23140 斤，黄金670 两，仅镶嵌佛像两眉，就用了大小钻石珍珠等140 多颗。

3.寺内供奉有造型精美绝伦的班禅舍利塔，使用黄金、白银、铜、绸缎、珊瑚、珍珠、玛瑙、绿松石等多种材质不计其数

【Tashilumpo Monastery】

Tashilumpo Monastery, the seat of Tibet'second highest incarnation-the Panchen Lama. The immense complex is a rambling warren of chapels,shrines,and halls linked by mysterious alleyways and step staircase. At the center of themonastery is a courtyard that was used as theater forreligious dances. Just of the great courtyard in Tashilumpo’s mainhall, where, like theexplore Sven Hedin, we may hear “the monks…intone a chant…enthralling, mystical, full ofyearning … soothing as cradle, intoxicating as wine, and sedative as morphia.”We'll visithis darkand evocative chamberand its many side altars, as well as distinctive red building called the Jamkhang Chenmo, whichhouse a massive yetlyrical 90-fotal statue of Maitreya, the Future Buddha, builtin 194 by the Ninth Panchen Lama while Europe was madly at war.
